Supporting epilepsy awareness

Be a part of Parkwood’s mission to support Epilepsy Awareness in our community. On Friday, March 26 be a part of Purple Day.
The purple inspired festivities include various learning events about gardening. A guided mansion tour will also take place.
The Parkwood gift shop will feature Lora the lavender labrador, a plush toy that is the unofficial mascot of Purple Day. Lora will be sold for the entire month of March and proceeds will go to Epilepsy Durham.
Come and help this worthy cause at 270 Simcoe Street South. Programs will happen at 11 a.m., 1 or 3 p.m. and tickets are $25 per person.
