A Scugog man has been arrested and charged with impaired driving after a collision that forced three people to the hospital with injuries.
The 52-year-old man was driving a red Chevrolet Blazer north on Ritson Road around 10:20 p.m. recently when it collided with a brown Lexus SUV, which was heading west on Winchester Road.
The drivers of both vehicles, the accused and a 52-year-old Whitby woman, along with a 42-year-old Oshawa woman who was in the passenger seat, were all taken to Lakeridge Health Oshawa with non-life threatening injuries.
The Scugog man, who lives on Water Street, is charged with impaired driving.
