Police have nabbed the man they believe is responsible for sexually assaulting a woman with special needs at a city bus stop recently.
The 19-year-old is accused of kissing the 22-year-old woman twice and touching her back while they were waiting at a bus stop on First Avenue and Simcoe Street South on July 22 around 7:30 p.m.
Police say the man struck up a friendly conversation with the victim before assaulting her. She hopped on the bus afterwards, leaving the man behind.
The 19-year-old accused, who lives on Bloor Street East, is charged with sexual assault.
